Shipping Information

Prompt Delivery Service

U.S. Police Supply will do everything possible to ensure that your products arrive on time and in good condition. Our policy is to ship all products within 48 hours of receipt of the order. We use UPS Ground Delivery and Federal Express Ground to ship most orders. This requires a physical street address, not a post office box. We ship all orders using a tracking or delivery confirmation method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the appropriate tracking information. Distance, order size, and urgency can affect delivery costs and timeframe.

If you need your package sooner than our standard delivery (usually 5-7 business days), you can choose Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Service from UPS and Federal Express. Orders for in-stock items with Express Shipping are typically shipped within 24 hours as long as the order is placed by 1pm (EST) Monday through Friday. You can choose your shipping method on the Final Purchase Approval Page during the checkout process.

Shipping Restrictions

U.S. Police Supply maintains a large product inventory in distribution centers around the country to ensure quick delivery; however, you can expect an extended delivery date when merchandise ships directly from the manufacturer or when an order requires our custom embroidery service. One other delivery exception is if a product is on backorder from the manufacturer. We will do our best to quickly notify you of any shipping delays.

We only accept orders from and ship orders to the continuous 48 states. We do not ship orders to Alaska or Hawaii. No international orders are accepted at this time.
