All merchandise purchased by U.S. Police Supply is completely supported with Manufacturer's Guarantees. Conditions for returns are as follows:
| • | | It is still in the original packaging and in unused condition, "resalable as new." | | • | | All returns must be authorizied before the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. | | • | | When you contact us we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Upon returning the package, it must clearly show our (RA) Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without an RA Number. | | • | | A claim must be made within 5 days of receipt of product for the authorization of a return. | | • | | A 15% restocking fee will be accessed on all returned items. | | • | | Shipping fees are not refundable. |
Please insure your package in case it is lost or damaged. You are responsible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we will not be responsible for lost items. We also suggest shipping your return via a trackable method.
To submit a return, please do the following:
| 1. | | Contact us with your full name and order number. | | 2. | | We will respond to you within 24 hours with a RA number. | | 3. | | Write this RA Number clearly on the outside of the package and send back to us. | | 4. | | We will refund your order amount minus a 15% restocking fee. | |
