A reversible ANSI III- rated parka, our 3-in-1 High-Vis features 3MScotchlite reflective tape and all of the standard 3-in-1 features. The back of the jacket may be imprinted with agency or departmental ID. The outer shell is constructed from our High Performance waterproof/breathable system and its removable inner fleece jacket adds warmth, or can be worn on its own.
