The Back-up Belt SystemTM (BBSTM for short) is more than a couple pouches that attach to a jacket - it's actually more about the concept behind all the pouches and jackets. We know that duty belts are heavy, and sometimes unwieldy, let alone trying to remain covert with all the related gear: baton, radio, cuffs, etc...
